Different HR agencies claim 16% – 25% employable capability of these job aspirants. People from the Industry believes 6% - 8% employability from their Campus Recruitment Cell. But the irony is, neither the Industry nor the Academia have created any “Definite” Recruitment Benchmark to Train & Hire the entrants. Industry/HR Agencies select the Colleges (from Tier I, II or sometimes Tier III Cities/Towns) for their Campus Recruitment program & claim that they are recruiting the Best Talent. From the survey, it is also evident that these colleges are less than 20% of the Total number of colleges accredited by AICTE/University.
